Our Menù

Cooking Class Pizza
The activity involves the preparation and tasting of pizza.
Guests will be given the PIZZA MAKER'S KIT: hat, apron and certificate of participation in the course.
The students will be instructed on the kneading and leavening process.
They will have water, flour, yeast and salt at their disposal and, following the instructions of the Master Pizzaiolo, they will proceed with the preparation, rolling out of the dough and seasoning of the PIZZA MARGHERITA.
