Opened in 2004, Obicà Parlamento is the first Mozzarella Bar in the world: a restaurant, pizzeria and café in the historic center of Rome, a few steps from Montecitorio and the Pantheon.

It is open every day from breakfast to After Dinner and has an internal room with 65 seats and an external terrace overlooking Piazza Firenze with 40 seats.
