Pizza Course
Customers will have at their disposal apron, hat, flour, water, salt, yeast and following the instructions of the master pizza makers, they will proceed with the processing and drafting of the dough and the seasoning of the pizza.
Available: tomato, milk fjords and basil.
At the end of the lesson a participation diploma will be awarded.
The duration of the course is approximately 1 hour and a half.

The group will have all the necessary ingredients at their disposal and will be given a hat and apron.
The course includes the preparation and creation of gnocchi and finally a tiramisu school according to the Rossopomodoro tradition.
The chef will cook the products created by the group that will be consumed at the table.
